Women-Only sections on airplanes?

Women only sections on airlines?  This is a great idea.  But let’s face it, this is a rare event.  I’m sure the ladies will appreciate it, but airlines already have trouble finding seats for everyone.   If this is even possible though, I demand something that will benefit even more people.  A No-Fatty section on airplanes.  I would pay extra for that.  Airline seats are not that big.  I want ALL of mine.
